Marilu Henner has the energy of teens and the insight to be an intelligent woman. She is the perfect model of women today who do it all. She's a journalist who is also a health coach and an entrepreneur. She has also been credited as an actress and as a crooner. Perpetual Motion certainly been a major factor in her gaining the title. Marilu's lifestyle has been a testament to her health-conscious approach. She believes good health is essential for success. However, it wasn't always that way. When both of her parents passed to death at 50-her father due to a heartattack and her mother due to arthritis issues-she decided to be in charge of her overall health. This wasn't about losing weight it was about health and the ability to live a life which maximized how the body was designed to work.
